NHDEA Virtual Team Challenge - New in 2020!
Are you a member of NHDEA? Were you excited about all the fun last year but, maybe your horse had a dreaded lay-up or you just missed that one show where all the excitement seemed to happen? Maybe you don’t ride, but love to be a part of the fun from the ground? Do you volunteer more than you compete and wonder if NHDEA has anything for you? Do you want to meet other riders and build camaraderie? Then the Virtual Team Challenge is for you! Just $9 with your NHDEA membership.
For the first time ever, NHDEA will offer a Virtual Team competition for the 2020 Season! This competition is for everyone (and we do mean everyone!) and will run through the New England competition season for Dressage shows and Horse Trials (Eventing). Shows may be recognized by USDF or USEA, or schooling shows.
Teams of riders (Adult Amateur, Professional or Junior/YR) and volunteers (parents, friends, etc.) are randomly* drawn before the first weekend in May. The only pre-requisite to joining a team is to be a current NHDEA Member!
Rider scores will accumulate from the last weekend of April through October 15th, or the current end date of the NHDEA Year-End Awards program (whichever is earlier). All Volunteer Scores (hours) for the same accumulation period, count for points and must be in by October 15th, or the Deadline for submissions for Year End Awards (whichever is earlier).
